Meeting Place 4 is located in room 462.
Meeting Place 4 (capacity 56) is an enclosed room used for meetings and presentations. The room may be reserved by students, faculty, or staff with a valid MTSU ID for MTSU educational purposes. When not reserved, the room is open for general study use.

Equipment: Arrangeable furniture; presentation touch screen; laptop available for check out.
Reservations: Space can be reserved by MTSU students, faculty, and staff. Reservations may be made for one (1) group for 1-3 hours/day with no renewals or extensions; up to 3 months in advance; must be made 48 hours ahead of time. The reservation must be claimed by the individual who reserved the space. Reservation times begin one (1) hour after the Library opens and end two (2) hours prior to closing. Meeting rooms are not to be used to relocate classes.
Recurring use of the space by any group will be evaluated by the library.
This space is typically used for educational purposes.
Meeting Place 4 is not available for booking after Study Day. It is available only for open study during Exam Week in order to provide maximum study space for students.

Step 1) Technology (optional): A mobile touch screen is available for presentations in this room. It must be reserved separately via the green box below. Make sure touch screen times match room times. Call 615-898-5666 for assistance with equipment.
