A trainer from Elsevier will be visiting the Walker Library on February 28, 2017 to conduct a training session from 1:30-2:30 about using Scopus to 1) find research and grant writing collaborators and 2) search for potential funders by research topic. Jeffry Porter, Director, Office of Research, will provide a brief overview of funding support services available to faculty.

Lunch will be provided before the session from 12-1. Scopus is a databases of abstracts and citations from peer-reviewed literature in Life Sciences, Medicine, Physical Sciences, Technology, Social Sciences and Arts & Humanities.
