MakerSpace Equipment Training
Training will resume in May 2026
Training is for machinery in the Space on which patrons need to learn safety protocols, specialized software, or both before they can operate. To learn how to use our generally available tools and devices, like our sewing machine and leather working tools, sign up for a 30-minute, one-on-one Tech Coach Session.
Training takes one (1) hour. You must arrive on time or you will lose your slot.
Only one (1) person per training session.
Available training times change approximately monthly and are determined on library staffing, popularly of equipment, and supplies available for equipment.

Use of equipment is available to currently enrolled MTSU students and currently affiliated MTSU faculty and staff.
